Job summary

Allegro Ltd. in Warszawa seeks a Senior Business Program Manager for Allegro Pay to define strategy, drive partnerships, and manage a portfolio of strategic initiatives.

You will collaborate across teams to align execution with business objectives and regulatory changes, while delivering measurable value for Allegro customers. The role requires strong leadership, data-driven decision-making, and excellent communication in English and Polish.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in strategy or program management.
• Experience in management consulting or corporate strategy is a major plus.
• Delivery-focused with a track record of turning ideas into results.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Polish (C1).
• Background in e-commerce, consulting, financial services, or related industry is preferred.
• Experience in roles such as Consultant, Project Manager, or Business Product Manager is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Define strategy and business development plans by managing business models amid market shifts and constraints.
• Establish deals and partnerships through strategic collaborations, RFPs, and commercial partnerships.
• Oversee a portfolio of high-impact initiatives ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Act as growth catalyst by anticipating initiatives and mobilizing teams for mid-to-long-term goals.
• Support the Fintech Team as a trusted advisor to drive Allegro value.
