Job summary

Allegro in Warsaw is seeking a Senior Project Specialist to coordinate international partner expansion projects. You will work with teams across Allegro to keep projects on track and ensure tasks and processes are completed efficiently.

The role requires fluency in English and Polish, experience in project coordination or operations, and a passion for improving processes and data-driven decision making. You will use Excel or Google Sheets and maintain clear documentation.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (C1+) and Polish (native level).
• Experience in project coordination, operations, process management or a similar role.
• Ability to coordinate tasks with multiple teams to get things done.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and escalate issues when needed.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Interest in e-commerce, marketplaces or international business.
• Proficient with Excel/Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate assigned projects and tasks, ensuring delivery on time and within scope.
• Collaborate with teams such as Verticals, Pricing, Legal and Compliance to gather information and coordinate next steps.
• Plan projects, track deadlines and dependencies, and follow up on open tasks.
• Coordinate operational activities related to partner compliance and international expansion.
• Keep the team updated on progress, issues, and delays.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, roadmaps, meeting notes and status updates.
• Review processes and implement practical improvements.
• Maintain simple reports and dashboards to track progress and business metrics.
• Analyze data and feedback to identify problems, trends and opportunities.
• Share knowledge with colleagues and support the team in improving ways of working.
