Allegro is seeking an experienced Growth Manager to lead acquisition, product growth, and performance marketing for its fintech initiatives. You will influence strategy across product, data, sales, and marketing, own the budget, and lead a team to hit bold growth targets for Allegro Pay and related services.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in marketing or sales within financial services or fintech.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce operations and impact on P&L.
• Fluent English and Polish.
• Experience with brand-building and GTM strategies.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations (Consumer Credit Act, Banking Law).

Responsibilities

• Develop annual plans for the team and align with marketing and sales strategy.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and optimize activities to hit KPIs.
• Mentor and coach team members and allocate resources effectively.
• Address customer lifecycle challenges using data-driven solutions.
• Design cross-organizational processes and liaise with senior leadership.
