Job summary

Lundbeck Krakow is seeking a Senior Manager to establish and lead the Finance Planning & Performance CoE within Accounting and Reporting. You will drive planning, performance reporting and decision-support services across Group Finance, guiding a 13-member team.

You will shape an efficient service model, manage priorities, and partner with stakeholders to deliver accurate analyses and compelling business cases, enabling strong financial decisions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of progressive experience in finance, FP&A, business controlling, performance management, accounting / reporting, GBS finance services or finance transformation.
• Proven experience in managing and developing finance teams, including senior experts, controllers or analytical roles.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, performance reporting, variance analysis, business case modelling, scenario analysis and management presentation support.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Finance Planning & Performance CoE within Accounting and Reporting.
• Build a pragmatic, cost-effective service model with clear priorities and capacity.
• Manage 13 direct reports and collaborate with senior stakeholders to deliver high-quality analyses.
