Job summary

Lundbeck Krakow is seeking a Senior Finance Planning & Performance Leading Controller for PDS and R&D. You will partner with senior executives, drive planning and performance, and mentor junior finance staff while shaping strategic financial decisions across global functions.

You will influence business outcomes through analysis, models and long-term planning, contributing to Group Finance strategy and continuous improvements to sustain growth in brain disease research and care.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in controlling, finance or accounting in international settings.
• Proven experience in financial controlling, business partnering and supporting senior stakeholders.
• Strong track record partnering with senior executives and influencing decisions.
• Excellent communication and senior stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate data into timely, decision-useful recommendations.
• Ability to coach and mentor junior finance roles through guidance.
• University degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Professional accounting qualifications (ACCA, ACA, CPA, CIMA, CIA) are a plus.
• Fluent English communication (C1).

Responsibilities

• Drive financial planning, performance management and strategic decision support for PDS and R&D.
• Provide operational guidance, knowledge sharing and mentoring to junior finance roles.
• Partner with senior executives and influence key business decisions in a complex international environment.
