Job summary

Lundbeck is seeking a Senior Finance Planning & Performance Leading Controller to act as a trusted partner to executive management, leading financial planning, performance management and strategic decision support across Enabling Functions and Commercial Operations.

You will mentor junior finance staff and collaborate with global teams to shape financial decisions and drive sustainable growth in brain-disease therapies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in controlling, finance, or accounting in an international environment.
• Proven experience in financial controlling, business partnering, and supporting senior stakeholders in a complex international environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with extensive senior stakeholder management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, performance management and strategic decision support across Enabling Functions, Global Marketing, Business Development and Commercial Operations.
• Partner with senior executives and stakeholders to influence business decisions.
• Provide operational guidance, coaching and mentoring to junior finance roles.
