Job summary

Lundbeck Krakow is seeking an R&D Financial Controller to perform financial planning, forecasting, reporting and performance management for an assigned R&D scope. You will translate plans into financial impacts and provide business-oriented finance support to R&D stakeholders.

You will collaborate with the Senior Finance Planning & Performance Leading Controller and other R&D finance teams to drive cost monitoring, scenario analyses and investment materials. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in financial planning, performance management, controlling, financial analysis or decision support.
Experience in R&D finance or pharma/biotech is highly preferred but not required.
Experience with planning and reporting at project or portfolio level.
Ability to translate R&D information into financial implications and communicate to varied audiences.

Responsibilities

Perform financial planning, forecasting, reporting and performance management for assigned R&D scope.
Provide day-to-day business-oriented finance support to R&D stakeholders.
Translate plans into financial impacts and monitor costs, risks and opportunities.
Contribute to improvements in R&D finance processes and systems.
Collaborate with Senior Finance Planning & Performance Leading Controller and Finance teams.
