Job summary

Lundbeck Krakow is seeking an Finance Team Manager to lead a team of accounting professionals responsible for accounting-to-reporting, including financial, statutory and tax reporting. You will shape the A2R strategy and drive complex projects with cross-functional partners in GBS Krakow.

You will mentor a team of about 10 finance professionals, coordinating with Finance Directors and HQ while advancing initiatives to strengthen internal controls and reporting quality in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years combined accounting and finance experience.
• Strong knowledge of IAS and taxation with a relevant degree.
• Proven experience in leading finance professionals and managing senior stakeholders.
• Experience working with SAP and data tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of around 10 finance professionals in A2R.
• Ensure high-quality accounting-to-reporting, statutory and tax reporting.
• Collaborate with Finance Directors, HQ, GBS Functional Managers and stakeholders.
• Drive improvements and transformation initiatives across processes and systems.
