Job summary

Lundbeck in Krakow seeks a Senior Finance Planning & Performance Leading Controller to partner with senior executives and shape financial decisions across Enabling Functions, Global Marketing, and Commercial Operations.

You will drive planning, performance management and strategic support, coach junior finance colleagues, and help develop Group Finance strategy in a diverse, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience within controlling, finance, or accounting in an international environment.
• Proven experience in financial controlling, business partnering, and supporting senior stakeholders in a complex international environment
• Strong track record of partnering with senior executives and influencing business decisions in a complex international environment
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with extensive senior stakeholder management experience
• Ability to translate data, business insight and risk assessment into sound, timely and decision-useful recommendations
• Ability to coach, mentor and support more junior finance roles through knowledge sharing and operational guidance
• University degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Professional accounting qualifications (ACCA, ACA, CPA, CIMA, CIA) will be considered an advantage
• Fluent English communication skills (C1)

Responsibilities

• Act as senior finance expert and trusted partner to Executive Management.
• Drive financial planning, performance management and strategic decision support.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to junior finance roles.
• Contribute to global strategic initiatives and process improvements.
