Job summary

Lundbeck GBS Krakow is seeking a Manufacturing Financial Controller to strengthen production finance, planning and performance CoE. You will ensure accurate cost reporting across the controlling cycle, oversee budgeting and actuals, and drive business partnering with production stakeholders.

You will join a 15-person Production Finance Team, collaborate across departments, and contribute to continuous improvement, KPI tracking and strategic projects that shape cost efficiency and decision making.

Qualifications

University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
At least 5 years of experience in accounting, financial analysis or controlling in a manufacturing company.
Sound knowledge of International Accounting Standards (IAS/IFRS) and ability to manage multiple tasks with limited supervision.
Strong computer literacy with data mining and ERP/reporting systems (SAP BO, BW, BI) and MS Office, especially Excel.
English at B2/C1 level.

Responsibilities

Ensure high-quality, efficient cost reporting for production across the controlling cycle.
Lead financial planning and controlling of production entities locally and in consolidation, including actuals and budgets.
Monitor product costing, manufacturing costs, inventory levels, cost structures and KPIs.
Lead and participate in strategic projects within Production Finance and collaborate with stakeholders.
