Qualifications

• Ten+ years in wealth management, advisor platforms, or related client coverage.
• Proven track record of managing complex, high-value enterprise relationships.
• Experience leading post-acquisition integration or large-scale transformations.

Responsibilities

• Own executive-level relationships for a portfolio of strategic firms.
• Lead integration and assimilation post-acquisition across Stratos ecosystem.
• Drive growth strategies, both organic and inorganic, within partner firms.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align business models and operations.
• Manage escalations and ensure governance with enterprise stakeholders.
