Job summary

WellTheory, a remote health tech company, seeks an Alliance Manager to expand its presence in the benefits consulting space. You will build relationships with national and regional consulting houses, educate consultants on our model and outcomes, and support their client conversations alongside the employer sales team.

This hands-on, high-ownership IC role reports to the CEO initially, then to the Head of Commercial. Travel is expected.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years in benefits consulting or alliance roles.
• Experience educating consultants on models and outcomes.
• Strong verbal and written communication plus storytelling ability.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate cross-functional work.

Responsibilities

• Build and deepen relationships at priority consulting houses and act as primary contact for benefit consultants.
• Develop our consulting engagement strategy and prioritization.
• Present WellTheory's model and outcomes data to consultants and practice leads.
• Create consultant-facing materials with Marketing.
• Keep sales and consultants aligned with current WellTheory information.
• Share learnings to refine positioning and partnerships.
