Stripe, Inc. is seeking a Strategic Account Executive (Existing Business) in Poland to partner with the world's most ambitious customers, shaping long-term sales strategies and articulating Stripe’s payments infrastructure as a competitive advantage.

You will own multi-level relationships, lead complex negotiations, and close substantial enterprise deals, with a focus on forecast discipline and cross-functional collaboration across product, engineering, and finance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of sales experience, managing large accounts and selling complex technical solutions and closing large deals with a track record of top performance.
• Proven ability to lead complex negotiations and multi-party sales in a highly consultative manner.
• Excellent English communication; Polish or Romanian language skills a plus.

Responsabilités

• Be accountable for the relationship and business developed between Stripe and a limited number of Strategic Accounts.
• Build, document, and execute mutually beneficial account strategies across your portfolio and Stripe.
• Develop and orchestrate multi-level executive relationships across engineering, marketing, finance and compliance.
• Influence and align multiple company leaders internally and externally to drive large enterprise deals.
• Own the full sales cycle from lead to close for large enterprise-size opportunities.
• Contribute to shaping Stripe’s partnership strategy and scalable engagement models.
