Stripe Poland is seeking an Account Executive (Existing Business) to partner with the region's fastest-growing companies. You will manage the full sales cycle, align technical and business needs with product teams, and drive long-term growth for Stripe's payments platform.

The role requires 7+ years in enterprise sales, strong negotiation skills, and fluency in English plus Polish or Romanian. Hybrid office/remote work is available, with equity, bonus, and health benefits included.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of sales experience selling a highly technical product to enterprise customers.
• Ability to understand technical requirements and craft multi-product solutions.
• Ability to develop and execute cross-functional account plans.

Aufgaben

• Work with existing Enterprise Stripe customers to expand revenue.
• Own the full sales cycle from business case to close and activation.
• Develop account plans for high-growth tech companies.
• Develop outbound strategies to create opportunities.
• Drive deal strategy and negotiations for large renewals.
• Build relationships with executive stakeholders.
• Coordinate meetings with external stakeholders to expand relationships.
• Contribute to improvements of our sales process and culture.
