Job summary

Corteva Agriscience in Kraków seeks a seasoned distributor sales professional to develop and manage strategic relationships with agricultural distributors, drive sales growth, and ensure profitable execution of market initiatives.

You will lead negotiations, coordinate with marketing, supply chain and finance, monitor performance and forecast accuracy, and travel extensively across Poland to build a strong industry network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• 5+ years in commercial roles in agriculture.
• Proficiency in English; native Polish.
• Willingness to travel across Poland and adapt to market changes.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute distributor business plans to achieve sales targets.
• Manage commercial agreements, pricing, rebates, and promotional programs.
• Monitor distributor performance, inventory, and forecast accuracy.
• Identify growth opportunities and implement channel development strategies.
• Lead negotiations and maintain relationships with key distributor stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities with marketing, supply chain, finance, and customer service.
