Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent qualification in business, finance, technology, data analytics or related field.
• Understanding of the investment management industry and interaction between investment teams, technology, operations and enabling functions.
• Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional projects, programs or strategic initiatives with planning, governance and delivery tracking.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and business analysis skills.
• Experience using automation, data analytics and AI-enabled tools to solve business problems and improve ways of working.
• Commercial and business acumen with ability to link project activity to tangible value.
• Relevant professional qualifications in project/program management, business analysis, data, technology or change management would be desirable.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic priorities into clear objectives, outcomes, measures of success and executable initiatives.
• Facilitate discussions to evaluate problems, dependencies, trade-offs and priorities, building stakeholder alignment.
• Use data, analysis and execution insight to challenge assumptions and support decision-making.
• Lead strategic projects and program workstreams from initiation through planning, execution, implementation, adoption and closure.
• Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, governance forums, status reporting and delivery controls.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies and decisions across cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate stakeholders across FTIS and Franklin Templeton with clear ownership and disciplined follow-through on actions.
• Structure complex problems, assess root causes and develop practical recommendations.
• Use business analysis to map current and future-state processes and identify improvements.
• Apply automation, data analytics and AI to support delivery and improve ways of working.
