Franklin Templeton is seeking a Senior RFP Specialist in Poland to manage RFPs, DDQs, and other client-related requests. You will coordinate inputs from Product Management and Distribution, ensure approvals, and tailor content for external clients while maintaining consistency with guidelines.

The role emphasizes strong writing, data-driven support, and robust collaboration across a diverse client-facing team in a global asset management environment.

Qualifikationen

• Experience writing RFPs / tenders within asset management, finance or consultancy
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Strong understanding of the Asset Management environment across institutional and retail channels with good knowledge of financial markets globally
• Understanding of the range of products we offer such as equity, fixed income, real estate and alternatives
• CFA designation (or working towards one) or IMC would be advantageous but not required

Aufgaben

• You will assist with completion of RFPs, RFIs, DDQs and surveys
• You will ensure all appropriate approval/review steps have been completed and documented for each submission, with inputs from other RFP members, Product Management team and the Distribution team
• You will support the update of existing content, distinguishing between opportunity-specific customization and generic content
• You will build and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and business partners
• You will develop understanding of external clients and their requirements, our investment products, and distribution and product management priorities
• You will review your own work and submissions by other RFP Specialists, to ensure consistency with best practice guidelines, and that draft responses meet external client requirements and accurately positions the organization
• You will prioritize your own workload to adhere to the project timeline, highlighting any challenges or resource constraints in advance
