Job summary

Franklin Templeton is seeking a university student intern to support the Enterprise Business Strategies & Implementation team in Poznań. You will assist the Program Manager with planning, data collection, and reporting, gaining exposure to project management and enterprise initiatives.

The role requires 25–30 hours per week, strong English, good Excel and PowerPoint basics, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled at a university with an interest in project management, business transformation, or business analysis.
• Good command of written and spoken English; ability to communicate clearly across departments.
• Familiarity with Excel/PowerPoint and basic data collection or reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support the Program Manager in maintaining program plans, milestones, risks, and action items.
• Collect, validate, and analyze business information to assess progress and opportunities.
• Assist in preparing status reports, presentations, and briefing materials for stakeholders.
• Coordinate meetings, document decisions, and follow up with departments on actions.
