Franklin Templeton, Poznań, seeks a professional to support the Transfer Agency Oversight & Client Relationships team in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. You will work to ensure high-quality client service and drive process improvements across finance-related operations.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Sales, Compliance, Legal, and external brokers, requiring strong English and Polish language skills and the ability to work in international teams.

Formación

• Experience in client service or relationship management would be a plus.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Effective time management and prioritization skills.
• Attention to detail and knowledge of operational procedures, products, and projects.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high-quality service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Support fund distribution activities across Central and Eastern Europe.
• Participate in projects and oversee operational processes.
• Provide direct support regarding escalations and business initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and service quality.
• Recommend enhancements across systems, policies, and procedures.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Compliance, Legal, Tax) and external clients.
