Qualifications

Fluent English and Polish communication skills.
Experience in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC).
Background in client service and operations.
Previous Transfer Agency (TA) experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

You will address complex client inquiries and resolve complaints.
You will verify and process requests and transactions.
You will perform KYC/AML checks, onboard new clients, and manage email communication.
You will reconcile and validate banking payments.
You will perform system testing and quality checks.
You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
You will identify workflow improvements and recommend solutions.
You will monitor for suspicious activity and ensure compliance.
You will represent the division in projects and assist supervisors.
