Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Client Solutions Manager for the Central European food vertical to partner with advertisers, translating data-driven insights into growth opportunities. You will guide campaigns, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive long-term partnerships across multiple markets.

You will analyze performance, lead reviews, and educate clients on product solutions while building scalable processes and expanding spend within your vertical.

Qualifications

• Experience managing campaigns across digital platforms and/or ad tech product.
• Experience managing brand advertisers with a deep understanding of their challenges across full funnel objectives.
• Knowledge of advanced measurement solutions (Brand-Lift Studies, Sales Studies, MMMs).
• Creative-driven focus: partnering with client-side creative agencies to foster data-driven creative strategies, leveraging TikTok’s formats with Branded Content/Advocacy and UCG in Beauty.

Responsibilities

• Analyze campaign performance data to offer clients data-driven business insights and improve advertising offerings.
• Conduct regular business reviews and build long-term relationships with clients, in collaboration with the sales team.
• Manage custom programs or sponsorships with other departments and lead custom content campaigns to ensure assets are delivered on time.
• Kick-off campaigns with clients and manage timelines, assets and opportunities for optimization.
• Increase spend and product adoption across clients within your vertical.
• Serve as a product consultant educating clients and agencies on product solutions and best practices to grow partnerships.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement data-driven ad solutions for measurable results.
• Work with international product & engineering teams to troubleshoot client issues during campaigns.
• Coordinate with campaign execution to ensure ad specs, rates, reporting and optimization.
• Educate clients and agencies on product solutions and best practices to grow business and manage relationships with key clients and agency partners.
• Build scalable processes for growing teams.
