Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Identify growth opportunities for key categories by analyzing market trends, consumer behavior, and competitors.
• Develop merchant acquisition and merchandise growth strategy for EU in line with TikTok’s objectives.
• Drive merchant sourcing and onboarding by securing high-quality merchants and forging partnerships.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline new merchant launches and remove operational barriers.
• Monitor merchant and merchandise acquisition performance to optimize campaigns and growth.
