Qualifications

• Passion for delivering outstanding service and building long-term client partnerships with senior marketing decision-makers at brands and agencies.
• 5-7 years media sales expertise with strong track record in performance advertising across multiple media platforms.
• Drive operational consistency and executional excellence at scale.
• Ability to analyse data and extract actionable insights to optimise campaign performance.
• Skilled in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables (tracking, attribution and measurement tools).
• Proven leadership with 2+ years of people management experience; building and empowering high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Core KPIs: Revenue growth, vertical first solution & product adoption, client engagement, driving operational consistency and excellence across teams.
• Operational Excellence: Standardize processes and guide teams to deliver high-quality client engagements, accelerating revenue growth.
• Strategic Product Adoption: Guide leveraging ad solutions to drive vertical-specific adoption and identify expansion opportunities.
• Executional Impact & Growth: Lead programs and pilots to create vertical growth opportunities and scalable initiatives.
• Strategic Client Advisory: Advise clients and CST teams to optimise engagement, workflows, and revenue alignment.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales and Operations to embed client-centric practices and align execution models across markets.
• Insights & Market Influence: Gather market insights to inform strategies and provide leadership with actionable recommendations.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and grow the team to enhance client engagement and product adoption.
