Job summary

Elastic, the Search AI Company, seeks a Partner Manager to drive the Central and Eastern Europe channel strategy. You will recruit, enable and support a partner network to drive partner-sourced, influenced, and fulfilled revenue.

This role requires establishing a best-in-class channel ecosystem and collaborating with distributor partnerships. Responsibilities include managing partner relationships, negotiating contracts, and shaping a regional channel plan.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience recruiting, enabling and managing channel partners with direct involvement.
• Experience building channel partners from the ground up.
• Strong drive, energy, and self-direction in business development and channel engagement.

Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, enable and manage key channel partners to support goals.
• Drive channel bookings through joint business planning and enablement.
• Collaborate with direct sales to form a coherent indirect strategy.
