Job summary

ERM seeks an experienced Senior Partner, Data Centre (Central Europe) to lead consulting activities across Germany and Poland. You will collaborate with hyperscale providers, developers and investors to deliver strategic, sustainable and commercially grounded solutions.

You will drive market leadership, client development and project delivery while shaping ERM’s regional strategy and supporting regulatory alignment. A diverse, inclusive leadership approach is valued across the global network.

Qualifications

Strong academic background in engineering, environmental science, energy systems, sustainability or a related field.
Extensive consulting or leadership experience in digital infrastructure or large capital projects.
Strong understanding of EU and Central European regulatory frameworks, environmental compliance and permitting processes.

Responsibilities

Lead ERM’s Data Centre growth across Germany and Poland with hyperscale, colocation and enterprise operators.
Deliver end-to-end services: siteselection, permitting, environmental/social due diligence, energy and grid strategy, sustainability and resilience.
Shape commercial strategies aligned with regional energy constraints, regulations and low-carbon deployment.
Build long-term client relationships and position ERM as a trusted adviser.
Contribute to ERM’s global sector strategy and strategic opportunities in Central Europe.
