Roche Digital Technology is seeking a Principal AI Business Analyst to lead autonomous AI initiatives and shape enterprise roadmaps, applying systems thinking to complex, ambiguous spaces. You will advise leadership and drive consensus on Agentic AI solutions while ensuring ethical, AI-ready data strategies across multiple domains within Roche’s global digital technology ecosystem.

Qualifications

Extensive experience managing complex initiatives with autonomy across ambiguous spaces.
Proven track record defining and deploying large‑scale AI/ML models and Agentic AI workflows.
Strong ability to solve unusually complex problems with innovative technology solutions.
Excellent collaboration across cross‑functional business and tech teams.
Leadership and mentorship within a Community of Practice.

Responsibilities

Oversee autonomous initiatives and solution streams with full autonomy across complex frameworks.
Advise leadership and shape long‑term roadmaps using advanced value analysis.
Drive root‑cause analysis of complex business problems across boundaries.
Identify and engage senior stakeholders to build alignment and manage conflicts.
Leverage AI/ML/GenAI knowledge to inform business strategy and design.
Define requirements for AI‑ready data and ethical AI solutions.
Manage product delivery at a program or product line level with a holistic view.
