Roche Polska sp. z o.o. is seeking a Team Lead Engineering Developer Intelligence to drive AI-enabled tooling across Roche’s developer ecosystem. You will lead a cross-functional team, own feature scoping through deployment, and align engineering goals with product strategies.

The role requires 5+ years in leadership or product roles, deep enterprise AI experience, and a passion for scalable platform engineering. Hybrid work model with office presence three days a week is offered.

Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years of experience in people leadership, product/service management, or similar roles.
• Demonstrates deep familiarity with enterprise-grade AI software development, agentic engineering, and modern platform engineering practices.
• Exhibits a lean and agile mindset, with an ability to navigate complexity and drive innovation.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate user feedback into scalable platform features and engage globally.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Developer Intelligence team in providing AI-enhanced tools and capabilities for Roche developers.
• Own the full product lifecycle from feature requests to deployment and maintenance.
• Set clear technical focus and priorities, removing impediments for efficient delivery.
• Drive team capability development by aligning career growth with engineering goals.
• Foster psychological safety and sustainable pace of work across the team.
• Partner with Product Managers to co-create roadmaps and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Define success metrics and analyze data to optimize processes and boost efficiency.
