Roche Polska Sp. z o.o. is seeking an AI Architect to take engineering accountability for an evolving enterprise AI technology stack. You will bridge agentic workflows with traditional AI and ML platforms, architecting a secure, scalable platform across multi-cloud and hardware landscapes.

The role focuses on establishing standards, governance, and orchestration across AI gateways, data pipelines, and enterprise data architectures while guiding a team to realize the strategic vision.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in software architecture/engineering with 3+ years in enterprise-scale AI
• Experience designing middleware, gateways and backend systems
• Background in regulated industries (Biotech/Pharma/Healthcare) preferred

Responsibilities

• Architect enterprise AI platform taxonomy and multi-cloud strategy
• Lead hardware operationalization and AI factory orchestration
• Define governance, security and data privacy standards for AI systems
• Collaborate with senior leadership to translate strategy into blueprints
