Roche Holding AG in Warsaw seeks a Technical Project Manager (Data & AI) to bridge high-level data strategies with technology delivery. You will lead medium to large initiatives across PMO roles and act as trusted advisor aligning delivery with enterprise goals.

The role offers a hybrid work model with two days in the office on average, and opportunities to shape data governance, MDM, PBAC, and cross-functional data programs within the RDT Data & AI Business Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years delivering across Delivery Management archetypes (e.g., Technical Project Manager, Scrum Master, RTE).
• Experience in Technical PMO and Workpackage Orchestration with cross stream dependencies, resource allocation, and backlog tracking.
• Translate business needs into technical roadmaps and actionable engineering sprint plans.
• Solid data governance knowledge including PBAC, MDM, and Data Governance.
• Proficient with Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.

Responsibilities

• Independently define, manage, and control the scope of medium to large initiatives, aligning technical delivery with overall strategic business objectives.
• Plan and execute Global Data Strategy workpackages by actively managing cross-stream dependencies, resource planning, and backlog management.
• Identify, analyze, and mitigate scope-related risks to manage technical changes in a fast-paced environment.
• Provide PMO leadership and governance; drive metrics, executive slide creation, and roadmap tracking for core engineering deliveries.
• Manage the delivery of complex features, services, or technical releases, including service transitions or Agile Release Train increments.
• Coordinate and drive enterprise data policies, content strategies, and change management initiatives.
• Orchestrate workstreams focused on Metadata Management, Master Data Management (MDM), and PBAC.
• Partner with Head of Data Governance to build Communities of Practice and mentor engineering colleagues.
