Job summary

Roche in Poland seeks a seasoned leader to head the Developer Intelligence team, delivering AI-enhanced tools for developers across the enterprise. You will own the full product lifecycle, set priorities, and remove impediments to ensure high-quality software outcomes.

You will foster psychological safety, align career growth with engineering goals, partner with Product Managers, and drive data-driven performance and adoption of developer AI across the organization.

Qualifications

5+ years of leadership, product or similar roles.
Proven track record of building high-performing teams.
Deep familiarity with enterprise-grade AI software development, agentic engineering, and modern platform engineering practices.
Lean and agile mindset.
Ability to engage effectively with globally distributed stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead the Developer Intelligence team in providing foundational, AI-enhanced tools and capabilities for developers across Roche.
Own the full product lifecycle from feature requests and project scoping through deployment and long-term maintenance.
Set technical focus and priorities; remove impediments to ensure efficient delivery.
Drive team capability development by aligning individual career growth with function-wide engineering goals.
Foster psychological safety, healthy team dynamics, and a sustainable pace of work.
Partner with Product Managers to co-create technical roadmaps; manage stakeholder expectations with data-driven communication.
Define success metrics and analyze performance data; drive adoption of Developer AI solutions across the enterprise.
