Job summary

Moon Active in Warsaw is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to join our growing team and help keep our production services available 24/7. You will monitor systems, troubleshoot 1st/2nd line issues, and document SRE activities while collaborating with Product, R&D and Support. English and teamwork are essential.

Experience with Linux, scripting, and cloud tools is preferred. Knowledge of Prometheus, Grafana, Terraform, and Kubernetes is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience with Linux-based systems and scripting.
• AI driven mindset and experience with LLM tools is a plus.
• Good English communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in a production environment.
• Willingness to rotate shifts between 7:00 and 21:00.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production services 24/7 for availability and performance.
• Detect problems in production and troubleshoot infra and apps.
• Collaborate with Product, R&D and Support to escalate and resolve issues.
• Document SRE activities and standards for knowledge sharing.
