Job summary

Sabre Polska Sp. z o.o. is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to design and evolve deployment automation and CI/CD platforms within a cloud-native environment.

You will work with GCP, Kubernetes, and observability tooling to ensure reliable, scalable services across Desktop, Web, and Mobile platforms. The role emphasizes automation, incident response, and cross-team collaboration in Kraków.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and cloud-native architectures.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, Helm, and containerized deployments.
• Experience with Terraform, GitHub, and GitHub Actions for infrastructure management and CI/CD automation.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills with a passion for automation and operational excellence.
• Programming and scripting experience in Python.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and continuously improve deployment automation and CI/CD platforms for fast, reliable software delivery.
• Develop and maintain cloud-native infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform using Infrastructure as Code and automation-first principles.
• Build and enhance observability capabilities, including monitoring, logging, alerting, dashboards, SLI/SLO definitions, and reliability reporting.
• Partner with Software Engineering teams to improve reliability, scalability, security, and operational readiness across Kubernetes-based environments.
• Drive operational excellence through incident response, root cause analysis, reliability improvements, capacity planning, and proactive automation initiatives.
