Job summary

Philip Morris International in Kraków seeks a senior Business IT Services leader to own the portfolio across R2R and Operations Finance. You will drive the end-to-end service lifecycle, define roadmaps, and translate business priorities into technology initiatives with Architecture, Engineering, and Delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, engineering, business, finance, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience managing enterprise applications or digital products.
• Experience in R2R and/or Ops Finance solutions.
• Knowledge of SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
• Experience with Agile delivery models.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the portfolio of Business IT Services across R2R and Operations Finance.
• Drive end-to-end service lifecycle, including enhancements and retirement of services.
• Define and execute service roadmaps translating business priorities into technology initiatives.
• Partner with stakeholders, Architecture, Engineering, and Delivery teams to improve customer experience and value.
• Monitor service performance, adoption, and outcomes, ensuring SLAs are met.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and standardization.
• Oversee delivery of initiatives aligned with business requirements and roadmaps.
• Manage demand prioritization, business case development, risks, and transition to BAU.

What You’ll Do

• Own and manage the portfolio of Business IT Services across R2R and Operations Finance domains, ensuring services continuously meet business and customer needs
• Drive the end-to-end service lifecycle, including enhancements, modernization, optimization, and retirement of services
• Define and execute service roadmaps, translating business priorities into technology initiatives and improvements
• Partner with business stakeholders, Architecture, Engineering, and Delivery teams to identify opportunities that improve customer experience, efficiency, compliance, and business value
• Monitor service performance, adoption, customer satisfaction, and business outcomes, ensuring agreed service levels are achieved
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and promote standardization and simplification
• Oversee the delivery of initiatives impacting Finance Business IT Services, ensuring alignment with business requirements and strategic roadmaps
• Manage demand prioritization, business case development, delivery risks, and successful transition of solutions into Business-as-Usual operations

Skills & Capabilities

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or related discipline
• 8+ years of experience managing enterprise applications, digital products, or Business IT Services
• Experience in R2R and / or Ops Finance solutions and very good understanding of these areas
• Experience in service portfolio management, demand management, or technology product ownership
• Very good stakeholder management skills
• Experience working in complex international environments with multiple stakeholders
• Strong understanding of business processes and technology-enabled transformation
• SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA knowledge would be plus
• Experience with Agile delivery models and product-centric operating models would be an asset
