Job summary

Philip Morris International is seeking a seasoned program leader to drive the Order to Cash deployment across markets. You will translate strategic priorities into a scalable, consistent deployment model and oversee cross-functional delivery.

You will act as a strategic partner to the O2C Product organization, align global processes with local execution, manage risks, and build deployment capabilities to support the company’s transformation.

Qualifications

• University degree in finance or related field.
• 10+ years in finance, preferably O2C, including 6+ years in people management.
• Change and Project Management certification or training.
• Lean and Six Sigma certification is an asset.
• Experience implementing AI strategy and AI-enabled solutions.
• Data-driven decision making and executive stakeholder engagement.
• Risk management and governance experience.

What you'll do

Lead the Order to Cach (O2C) Deployment Program across markets, deployment streams and initiatives, ensuring that strategic priorities are translated into a scalable, consistent and sustainable deployment model.

You will be accountable for program-level delivery, deployment governance, cross-functional alignment, risk and dependency management, and capability building across deployment teams.

Ensure that deployment activities are delivered on time and executed in a way that supports the wider strategy, target operating model, standard product templates and long-term business outcomes.

Act a strategic partner to the O2C Product organization, ensuring that product vision, global process standards, and digital capabilities are translated into successful market deployments.

Establish a continuous feedback loop between deployments and product teams, influencing roadmap priorities, solution design, standardization decisions, and long-term O2C transformation objectives.

Skills & Capabilities

• University degree, 10+ years of experience in finance, preferably O2C, including 6+ years in people management
• Change and Project Management certification or training. Experience leading cross-functional transformation and program governance
• Process Optimization and Continuous Improvement, Lean and Six Sigma certification is an asset
• Experience implementing AI strategy, governance and scalable AI-enabled solutions
• Data-Driven Decision Making

• Strong problem solving and decision‑making skills

In this position you will earn no less than 27k PLN gross monthly.
