A Manager Business Analysis is responsible for analyzing the business domain and outlining business requirements to deliver the design of a Digital Product. They work with Product Owners to understand the specific business requirements coming from internal stakeholders and participate in the Digital Product System Development Lifecycle; from the idea, developing the Digital Product high level technical solution.
Experience with Data Platforms & Data Products Familiarity with CDP or adjacent platforms (CRM, CIAM, analytics layers). Deep business understanding of consumer data and omnichannel experience. Strong analytical capability & attention to detail — ability to work with multiple data sources, validate data readiness, and derive insights to support business decisions.
Commerce & Omnichannel Domain Expertise
Hands‑on experience supporting eCommerce, subscription, order management, customer journeys, or omnichannel commerce solutions.
Understanding of digital commerce processes, consumer experience, and customer lifecycle management.
Ability to connect business objectives with technology‑enabled commerce capabilities.
Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
Strong understanding of React‑based front‑end architectures
Solid understanding of system integrations and non‑functional requirements (e.g., performance, scalability, security); Knowledge of Hybris (SAP Commerce) is advantageous but not essential
