You will influence senior stakeholders and drive value across multiple functions to deliver measurable outcomes.

You will lead and develop a high-performing team, ensuring responsible AI practices and robust governance while enabling global adoption of innovative capabilities.

Qualifications

• University degree in a relevant field.
• 5-10 years of experience in Product Management, Digital Product Leadership, Technology Strategy, Digital Transformation, AI Solutions, or related areas.
• Proven success in defining product strategy, roadmaps, and investment priorities for complex digital products, platforms, or technology portfolios.
• Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across matrixed organizations.
• Experience translating business opportunities and customer needs into scalable, value-driven technology solutions.
• Solid understanding of modern product management practices and Agile delivery.
• Experience driving AI-powered solutions, including Generative AI, AI Agents, Automation, Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, or similar technologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build business cases and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Translate business opportunities into actionable product roadmaps and delivery plans.

What You’ll Do

• Define and drive the P&C AI strategy, roadmap, and portfolio priorities to deliver measurable business value

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of AI professionals while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, driving organizational change, stakeholder alignment, and adoption of AI capabilities globally

Skills & Capabilities

• University degree in a relevant field
