Job summary

Philip Morris International in Kraków is seeking a senior Payroll & Time Transformation Leader to shape and deliver global payroll roadmaps across markets and regions. You will manage a team of project managers, drive standardization, vendor governance, and strategic investments to enable a world-class payroll function.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Finance, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Payroll, Time Management, or related areas.
• Strong expertise in Payroll & Time processes, technologies, and service delivery models.
• Experience working with global payroll vendors (e.g., ADP, Strada, KPMG, EY) would be an asset.
• Proven track record in vendor management, negotiations, and contract governance.
• Experience with global or regional RFQ/RFP processes is a plus.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leaders.
• Strategic, results-oriented professional with ownership and ability to thrive in complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Shape and translate PMI’s Payroll & Time strategy into transformation roadmaps and business cases.
• Lead global Payroll & Time transformation initiatives across markets and regions.
• Conduct market assessments, due diligence and readiness reviews for strategic decisions.
• Analyze payroll operating models, service delivery, technologies and compliance.
• Drive standardization, simplification and optimization across the Payroll & Time landscape.
• Lead RFQ/RFP activities in partnership with Procurement and stakeholders.
• Build and manage strategic relationships with global providers including ADP, Strada, EY, KPMG.
• Support contract negotiations, including SOWs, MSAs and governance frameworks.
• Develop business cases, investment proposals and benefits realization tracking.
• Prepare executive-level recommendations and influence decisions across a global network.
• Act as a trusted advisor supporting PMI’s long-time payroll & Time transformation agenda.

What You’ll Do

• Shape and translate PMI’s Payroll & Time strategy into transformation roadmaps, business cases and delivery plans

• Lead RFQ/RFP activities in partnership with Procurement and key stakeholders

• Support contract negotiations, including Statements of Work (SOWs), Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and governance frameworks
• Develop business cases, investment proposals and benefits realization tracking

• Act as a trusted advisor supporting PMI’s long-time payroll & Time transformation agenda

Skills & Capabilities
