AMS is seeking a Specialist Talent Sourcer with French to partner with stakeholders and craft bespoke sourcing strategies for specialist and niche roles. You will leverage data and market insights to shape hiring approaches, headhunt for top talent, and deliver high‑quality candidate shortlists.

In this 12‑month role, you will collaborate with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to review feedback and explore alternative talent pools or locations, ensuring an engaging candidate experience throughout

• Demonstrated experience in talent sourcing within agency, RPO, or in‑house environments.
• Strong capability in sourcing tools and techniques, including proactive headhunting.
• Fluency in French (spoken and written).
• Proven ability to partner with stakeholders and influence recruitment discussions using insight and data.
• Excellent communication and rapport‑building skills, with confidence engaging candidates and Hiring Managers.
• High attention to quality, accuracy, and data completeness, with a structured and compliant approach to delivery.

• Act as a trusted adviser to Recruiters and Hiring Managers, building strong partnerships and delivering a high‑quality candidate and client experience.
• Apply your sourcing expertise and market insight to develop bespoke sourcing strategies for specialist and hard‑to‑hire roles.
• Use data, historic hiring trends, and market analysis to inform, adapt, and continuously improve sourcing approaches.
• Attract and engage high‑calibre talent through a range of channels, including LinkedIn and other sourcing tools, regularly headhunting for niche skillsets.
• Deliver high‑quality, engaged candidate shortlists, providing clear recommendations to support informed hiring decisions.
• Conduct consultative, in‑depth conversations with candidates to assess suitability, motivation, and future potential.
• Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to review feedback, address challenges, and propose solutions such as alternative talent pools or locations.
• Champion exceptional candidate experience, keeping candidates engaged and informed throughout the recruitment process and beyond.

Skills & Requirements:

Must Have:

Good to have:

• Experience supporting complex or specialist hiring needs.
• Familiarity with recruitment technologies and ATS platforms.

Please note that this is a temporary position for 12 months.
