Job summary

Agfa Inkjet Solutions in Warsaw, Poland seeks a Service & Spare Parts Coordination Specialist to handle customer service requests end-to-end. You will dispatch field engineers, order parts, and liaise with service, sales, logistics, and finance teams within an international context.

Fluency in Spanish and English, strong communication, and data analysis skills will help you manage inquiries, forecast deliveries, and ensure timely billing and returns. SAP knowledge is a plus in this role.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Strong communicator in an international team environment.
• Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up and tracking.
• Passionate about working with numbers and analyzing data.
• Knowledge of SAP is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Receive, record, process and follow up customer orders or service requests.
• Manage customer enquiries concerning product availability, deliveries, forecast, invoicing, and returns.
• Follow-up on supply issues; align internally and keep customers informed.
• Organise/request urgent transport when needed.
• Ensure efficient planning of dispatch of engineers to customer sites for install and fix of equipment.
• Work closely with local and country ESSC team and HQ interaction.
