Agfa in Warsaw seeks an Equipment & Service Contracts Coordination Specialist with German to manage orders and service contracts across consumables and equipment. You will liaise with sales, service, finance, and logistics to ensure smooth fulfillment and timely updates to customers.

The role requires German fluency and strong English, coupled with a service-oriented mindset and cross-functional teamwork in an international setting.

Mansioni

• Receive, process, monitor, and follow up on customer orders for consumables and equipment.
• Prepare, record, process, and maintain service contract agreements and related documentation.
• Coordinate order fulfillment and delivery activities, keeping customers informed.
• Manage customer inquiries about product availability, deliveries, forecasts, invoicing, service contracts, and returns.
• Monitor supply issues and coordinate with stakeholders, communicating updates to customers.
• Arrange and coordinate urgent transportation when required.
• Register, investigate, and follow up on customer complaints for timely resolution.
• Promote and support AGFA's online ordering tools and digital solutions.
• Collaborate with local teams, country organizations, headquarters, sales, service, finance, logistics, and vendors.
• Maintain accurate customer, contract, and order-related master data.
• Provide administrative support and contribute to process improvements.
