Job summary

Santint, an international manufacturer of Tinting Equipment, seeks a Spare Parts Specialist based in Warsaw, Poland. You will manage spare parts orders from quotation to delivery, prepare pricing information, check stock and lead times, and coordinate with customers, suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.

Qualifications

• Min. 2 years’ experience in logistics, spare parts, order management, customer service, on a related position.
• Experience with spare parts operations will be considered as an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Independence, accuracy, attention to detail, and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, including formulas, filtering, sorting, and basic data analysis.
• Polish & English language skills at a minimum B1 level, enabling comfortable communication in an international working environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage spare parts orders from quotation to delivery and monitor fulfilment.
• Prepare quotations, pricing, and availability information for customers.
• Check stock availability and delivery lead times.
• Communicate with customers, suppliers, and internal departments regarding orders.
• Maintain accurate documentation and data in internal systems.
• Monitor order status, identify delays, and take corrective action.
• Cooperate with Sales, Service, and Logistics departments.
• Work with Chinese team to improve spare parts processes and efficiency.
• Ensure high customer service standards and timely completion of tasks.
