Job summary

Biopharma Careers is seeking a Recruiter fluent in Spanish and English to cover the Spanish and UK&I pharmaceutical markets. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, collaborate with HRBPs and Hiring Managers, and build candidate pipelines across manufacturing, engineering, quality, IT, and commercial roles.

The role requires 4+ years in full-cycle recruiting, strong stakeholder management, and a proactive mindset to improve processes within a global pharma context.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of end-to-end recruiting experience (in-house or agency).
• Spanish and English proficiency at C1 level or higher.
• Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from HRBP alignment to hiring.
• Develop sourcing strategies and publish job ads on internal/external boards.
• Identify and engage candidates for vacancies and pipelines; screen, interview, and negotiate terms.
• Respond to candidate inquiries via phone and email through the case management system.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and KPI-driven service quality.
