Job summary

Biopharma Careers is seeking a Recruiting specialist to bridge candidates and the company, ensuring the right person is in the right place at the right time. You will own end-to-end recruiting processes and collaborate with HR partners to attract top talent.

Requirements include 4+ years in end-to-end recruitment, fluency in French (C1) and English (B2), and a proven track record in candidate assessment and relationship building. Pharmaceutical industry experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in end-to-end recruiting (in-house or agency).
• Fluency in French (C1) and English (B2).
• Experience in candidate assessment and interviewing techniques.
• Pharma industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruiting processes and manage them with business and HR partners.
• Act as market expert to attract and select suitable candidates using diverse methods.
• Identify, contact and screen candidates; conduct interviews and negotiate terms.
• Prioritize work, manage deliverables and meet timelines.
• Develop and decide on recruitment strategies.
