Job summary

A prominent Microsoft partner is looking for a Solution Consultant – Copilot (PreSales) to engage with customers and understand their business challenges. The successful candidate will lead discussions and workshops, translating technical capabilities into business value while collaborating with teams and staying up-to-date on AI developments. Qualifications

• Experience in PreSales, Solution Consulting, or IT/Business Consulting.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients.
• Understanding of Microsoft 365, Copilot, and AI concepts.
• Experience working directly with customers through discovery, workshops, and discussions.
• Understanding of Microsoft 365, Copilot, and AI concepts (high level acceptable).
• Strong problem-solving and solution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work in a team and handle conflicting viewpoints constructively.
• Fluent English and Czech are mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to identify Copilot/AI use cases.

• Support proposals and commercial discussions.
• Build clear value propositions focused on productivity and business outcomes.
• Support proposals and commercial discussions (scope, assumptions, risks).
• Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, and Microsoft teams to ensure alignment.
• Act as a trusted advisor and challenge ideas constructively when needed.
• Stay up to date with Microsoft Copilot and AI developments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to understand business challenges and identify relevant Copilot / AI use cases
• Lead discussions, workshops, and presentations to shape solution direction
• Translate business needs into structured, feasible solution approaches
• Build clear value propositions focused on productivity and business outcomes
• Support proposals and commercial discussions (scope, assumptions, risks)
• Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, and Microsoft teams to ensure alignment
• Act as a trusted advisor and challenge ideas constructively when needed
• Stay up to date with Microsoft Copilot and AI developments

Our Requirements:
