Job summary

Promise Group is looking for a Solution Engineer (Infrastructure) to join their team in Poland. The ideal candidate will have over 4 years of experience and expertise in ADDS, Entra ID, Windows Server roles, Hyper-V, and VM management. Solution Engineer (Infrastructure)

Key Responsibilities

• Participation in IT projects (architecture, configuration) and analysis and creation of business requirements specifications.
• Participation in presales activities and supporting the delivery of IT projects.
• Lead and facilitate workshops to gather business requirements and align technical solutions with client needs.
• Collaboration with delivery, presales and business team.

Our Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience in a similar role with expertise in ADDS, Entra ID, Windows Server roles, AD infrastructure, Hyper‑V, and VM management.
• Knowledge of Manage Engine tools like Exchange Reporter, Endpoint Central, Service Desk Plus will be a strong asset.
• Experience in implementing Microsoft products (especially infrastructure solutions).
• Certificates: 70-410, 70-411, 70-412, AZ‑800, AZ‑801, AZ‑140, AZ‑104.
• Ability to conduct training and webinars.
• Strong presales and business communication skills.
• English proficiency (at least B2 level).
• Higher education in a technical field.
