Job summary

Essity is seeking a Site Production Execution Coordinator for a fixed-term contract in Wroclaw. You will maintain daily contact with the Supply Planning Team in Barcelona, ensuring feasibility of supply plans and timely communication of issues, changes and risks.

You will support routing analysis, RCA, and the Phase-In-Phase-Out process, while contributing to continuous improvement on site. Fluency in English and Polish is required, and SAP or similar experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in production planning or supply chain.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Continuous improvement mindset.
• Effective communication and teamwork.
• Fluent in English; Polish language required.
• Strong Excel knowledge.
• SAP or equivalent experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Act as contact point for the Supply Planning Team in Spain to assess feasibility of supply plans.
• Communicate manufacturing elements impacting supply planning to the HUB Team in Barcelona (maintenance, projects, trials, training).
• Support routing analysis and Service Level RCA.
• Collaborate to manage an effective Phase-In-Phase-Out (PIPO) process.
• Support continuous improvement activities in the site for Production Execution.

Site Production Execution Coordinator maintains daily contact with Supply Planning Team in Barcelona, communicating issues, changes to circumstances and constraints, deviations and risks to plan. What You Will Do

• Act as point of contact of the Supply Planning Team in Spain, supporting the feasibility of the supply plans.
• Ensure that all manufacturing elements that have impacts on supply planning are effectively communicated to HUB Team in Barcelona (e.g. maintenance plans, projects, trials, training).
• Support the routing analysis process and Service Level Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
• Collaborate with the Supply Planning Team to manage an effective Phase-In-Phase-Out (PIPO) process.
• Support the continuous improvement activities in the Site for the Production Execution.
