Job Description
  • Develop and maintain production schedules to align with customer requirements and inventory goals.
  • Coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure materials availability for planned production.
  • Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as necessary to address delays or changes in demand.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance production efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production or supply chain issues promptly.
  • Prepare and present reports on production performance and schedule adherence.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards within the production process.
  • Support the implementation of new tools and systems to improve planning accuracy and efficiency.
The Successful Applicant
  • Prior experience in demand planning, supply planning, forecasting, or similar planning-related functions
  • Solid understanding of demand planning concepts, forecasting techniques, and the business processes that drive demand
  • Hands‑on experience with planning tools and ERP systems; exposure to platforms such as Kinaxis, SAP/APO, or comparable solutions is an advantage
  • Strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to interpret data, spot trends, and turn insights into actionable outcomes
  • Experience in handling forecast deviations, tracking performance indicators, and ensuring data accuracy and quality
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across teams and within an international environment
  • Well‑developed communication skills combined with effective stakeholder management
  • Ability to work under pressure while meeting tight deadlines
  • Proactive, adaptable mindset with a focus on continuous process improvement
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Materials Management, or a related field
