Job summary

Experis ManpowerGroup Sp. z o.o. seeks an experienced Supply Planning Deployment Lead to drive design, testing, deployment, data readiness and adoption of the o9 solution. You will work across Supply Planning with business stakeholders, implementation partners, and regional teams to deliver the transformation.

The role requires deep knowledge of end‑to‑end planning processes, hands‑on experience with o9, SAP APO/SAP S/4HANA, and strong analytics capabilities using Power BI and Excel VBA.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of supply planning experience in FMCG or similar sectors.
• Ability to translate business needs into system configuration and planning logic.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Supply Planning workstreams and deliverables within the o9 implementation.
• Design and optimize planning processes, data models, and automated solutions with o9 and SAP S/4HANA.
• Model capacity, inventory, and network flows; ensure accurate planning constraints.
• Drive testing, defect resolution, go-live readiness, and hypercare support.
• Coordinate with Global/Regional/Business teams and Implementation Partner teams.

100% remote work (candidates must be based in Poland)

We are looking for an experienced Supply Planning Deployment Lead to join a global transformation program focused on implementing the o9 Supply Planning solution. In this role, you will drive solution design, testing, deployment, data readiness, and adoption across Supply Planning, working closely with business stakeholders, implementation partners, and regional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Supply Planning project workstreams and key deliverables within the o9 implementation.
• Design and optimize planning processes, data models, and automated solutions integrated with o9 and SAP S/4HANA.
• Ensure accurate modeling of supply planning constraints, capacities, inventory, and network flows.
• Drive testing activities, defect resolution, go-live readiness, and hypercare support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end planning alignment.
• Act as the key liaison between Global, Regional, Business, and Implementation Partner teams.
• Support change management and adoption of new planning tools and processes.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Supply Planning experience, preferably within FMCG.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end supply chain planning processes.
• Hands‑on experience with o9 Solutions, SAP APO, SAP ECC, and/or SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience in system implementation projects, including design, testing, and deployment.
• Strong expertise in capacity planning, inventory optimization, network planning, and constraint modeling.
• Experience with reporting and analytics tools (Power BI, BI platforms, Excel VBA, etc.).
• Ability to translate business requirements into system configuration and planning logic.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
