Here you will not only get to impact the production and development of our products; you will also have every opportunity to develop and grow your skills.

Every 2nd second, Ferrosan Medical Devices’ products help surgeons and nurses control bleeding and avoid complications in surgical procedures. We make seconds count in surgical care! And we need you on our team! Do you want to make a difference for patients undergoing surgery by ensuring robust planning, material availability, and aligned supply chain operations across sites? Here you can get an exciting and challenging job, as a Supply Chain Planner in an international company. As Ferrosan Medical Devices is growing, you will be able to shape the job in the Supply Chain Department to a large extent. The position will be based in Poland.

Your responsibilities

As a Supply Chain Planner, you will play a central role in ensuring efficient and reliable supply chain operations across our international organization. You will support the implementation and optimization of Supply Planning and MRP processes in SAP ECC, helping to align business requirements with standard system capabilities while acting as a key resource during our ongoing ERP transformation.

In this role, you will coordinate daily planning, procurement, and logistics activities across the end‑to‑end supply chain, ensuring timely material availability through close collaboration with suppliers, CMOs, and internal stakeholders. You will monitor purchase orders, production plans, and delivery schedules to secure on‑time delivery and maintain a high level of operational performance. You will also be responsible for maintaining and improving key master data in SAP, including lead times, safety stock levels, planning parameters, and BOM structures.

Working closely with colleagues across Supply Chain, Production, QA, Finance, and external partners, you will drive cross‑functional collaboration and strengthen operational alignment between our sites in Denmark and Poland. You will support the S&OP and forecasting processes by monitoring demand and supply balances and proactively identifying potential gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.

You will be expected to analyze supply chain performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement initiatives that enhance efficiency, reliability, and overall business performance. Through data‑driven insights and continuous stakeholder engagement, you will contribute to the development and optimization of our planning, logistics, and procurement processes, helping to create a more agile and resilient supply chain.

Furthermore, you will support supplier performance management through KPI monitoring and follow‑up on deviations, ensuring strong supplier relationships and operational excellence. You will participate in cross‑functional projects and IT initiatives, including SAP‑related developments and process improvements, while supporting project execution and New Product Introductions (NPI) by ensuring supply chain readiness, material availability, and a smooth transition into operations.

Through your structured approach, collaborative mindset, and focus on continuous improvement, you will play a key role in driving operational excellence and supporting our continued growth.

Your profile

  • Structured and proactive, with strong coordination and follow‑up skills
  • Experience in an international supply chain environment is an advantage
