Job summary

MAHLE GmbH in Wrocław, Poland, seeks a Logistic Project Specialist on a fixed-term contract to lead supplier onboarding for key logistics and digitalization projects across the EMEA region, including SAP MM/S4HANA integration.

You will coordinate deployment milestones, collaborate with plants, Purchasing, IT/SAP teams, suppliers and external partners, and contribute to onboarding standards while supporting a fast-paced, multinational delivery model.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in production and/or logistics, preferably within the automotive industry.
• Experience with supplier onboarding is a strong advantage.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Experience with SAP MM processes and cross-functional processes.
• Strong communication and collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support supplier deployment projects (SupplyOn SCC, Classic EDI, ASN/GTL).

Logistic Project Specialist (fixed term contract - substitution)

In this role, you will lead supplier onboarding for key logistics and digitalization projects (e.g. TCP/SupplyOn and SAP S/4HANA) across the EMEA region, ensuring successful deployment and handover. As part of a local team of 5 specialists, reporting to an English‑speaking manager, and collaborating within a multinational team operating in a global delivery model, you will drive end‑to‑end deployment management, cross‑functional collaboration, and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and system integration.

Your Role

• Coordinate and support supplier deployment projects (e.g., SupplyOn SCC, Classic EDI, ASN/GTL)
• Drive supplier implementation progress by monitoring milestones, negotiating solutions, and overcoming resistance to change
• Collaborate with plants, Purchasing, IT/SAP teams, suppliers, and external partners
• Support deployment‑related projects and ensure smooth handover to operational teams
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of onboarding processes and deployment standards
• Apply and further develop onboarding expertise within the global delivery organization

Your Contribution

• Fluent English (spoken and written); additional languages are an advantage
• 1–3 years of experience in production and/or logistics, preferably within the automotive industry, with supplier onboarding experience considered a strong advantage
• SAP R/3 or SAP S/4HANA experience, ideally within MM (Procurement) and cross‑functional processes
• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills, combined with resilience, team spirit, and a collaborative mindset
• Conceptual thinking, hands‑on support experience, and a structured, solution‑oriented approach
• Strong problem‑solving skills in a fast‑paced environment, with attention to detail
• Ability to train, influence, and guide users, supported by proficiency in Microsoft 365 and other standard IT applications
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
